It was a matter of time before some one figured out amidst all the fitness fanatics donning the newest bands, clips, bands, there’s a woman out there who’s more concerned about the damage sun exposure is causing. And sun protection is most needed with the arrival of JUNE.
Designed by Camille Toupet, the Netatmo JUNE is a wristband that alerts the wearer when she has exceeded her recommended daily dose of the sun together with the companion app. The bracelet tracks the habits of the user and the companion App will advise the appropriate sun protection in terms of hat or slapping on sunblock.
It helps that the Netatmo JUNE resembles a giant diamond that can be worn as a bracelet or a brooch.
To be officially unveiled at CES 2014, JUNE will be aptly available in the second quarter of 2014 at a recommended retail price of $99. Available in gold, platinum or gunmetal. JUNE and its companion app is compatible with iPhone 4S and above.
