Microsoft Band availability

By Michael S • March 17, 2015 • News

If you’ve tried getting your hands on a Microsoft Band when it was released last year, chances are you’d have failed. It was overwhelmingly popular and went out of stock. You could get yourself a unit off Ebay where vendors were asking $250-$400 for brand new in box units. I didn’t. No tracker is worth that kind of premium. Ok, maybe the Apple Watch 😛

Microsoft just announced that they will be ramping up Microsoft store inventories across US and they will also be expanding  their presence at Amazon, Best Buy and Target. The Microsoft Band is immediately available with increased shipments planned in the near future. Just got myself a unit off Amazon.

The Microsoft Band will also be making its foray to UK where based on Microsoft’s research, an estimated 7 million people are already using fitness wearables.

Microsoft promises future product and service updates to the popular Microsoft Band by incorporating more customer feedback.

The Microsoft band is retailing at $199.99. Check out GadFit’s review here.
