2 days back, a friend of mine sent me an Instagram showing the Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr Lee Hsien Loong, speaking at an event, spotted with a Jawbone Up activity band!

Needless to say, my un-contained excitement prompted me to search PM Lee’s past Facebook posts (for research purposes of course) to see if he’s wearing the Jawbone Up only recently.
Lo and behold, PM Lee’s already worn a blue Jawbone UP band in March during a meeting with Britain’s Prime Minister David Cameron. Either he’s gone for the more conservative black, something easier to match clothes with, or he’s upgraded to a Jawbone UP24. We opted for the latter.
It’s certainly refreshing to see the Prime Minister of a country not shy to show the world he’s conscious about his health and activity level.
Here’s wishing PM Lee the best of health and luck at cracking 10000 steps.
