Colour your world with Jawbone UP2 and UP3

By Michael S • September 10, 2015 • News

The new line of Jawbone UP2 fitness bands.

Just this week, Jawbone improved the heart rate tracking capabilities of the Jawbone UP3 fitness band and introduced new colours and strap designs for both the Jawbone UP2 and UP3 series of bands.

Resting heart rate tracking for the Jawbone UP3 fitness band will now take place during periods when the body is still rather than only during sleep. As a owner myself, I’m excited yet sightly disappointed at the same time; it could’ve been better if heart rate tracking during activities was enabled. Now that would’ve knocked my socks off.

The new band styles look absolutely gorgeous. A friend of mine who runs a fashion/lifestyle website gave it the thumbs up. Why can’t more fitness tracker companies take a leaf out of Jawbone’s book and focus on features, accuracy and chic! Oh well. Some of the colours are Best Buy exclusives while others are available on Jawbone’s online stores only.

At present, there are 6 variations of the Jawbone UP3 fitness bands and 8 for the Jawbone UP2 bands. You can get your Jawbone UP3 or UP2 fitness bands from Amazon where there’s usually a small discount off the recommended retail price of $179.99 or $99.99 The full range of colours are available on Jawbone.com.
